These scholarships are for students planning to attend a non-degree certificate program at a community college, or an approved private career school. The program must lead to a marketable skill. Students applying for these programs must have an adjusted gross income of $66,000 or less. While all greater Baltimore residents are eligible, strong preference will be given to Baltimore City residents. Award amounts are dependent on the financial need of the applicant.
